- Once you rack the weight your attempt ends.
- Whoever has the most verified reps at the end of the challenge wins.
- Must be a 20KG bar.
- You MUST weigh yourself on video.
- It must be at the same time you attempt the challenge.
- Your body weight acts as the weight you must lift.
- Weight to be to the nearest 2.5kg increment. E.g 93.6kg body weight = 92.5kg lift 74.1kg body weight = 75kg lift (Includes bar).
- Hand grip is your choice.
- Upper back, bum and feet fully touching bench/floor.
- Bar must touch chest without using bounce.
